- We accept returns for refund within 3 days of the delivery date.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at care@rubyzhijabs.com. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and address for the return.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation in the return package.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process in 2 days and will credit the refund within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
- In case of a defective or incorrect item is received, please contact our customer care team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping fees.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs or accessories that have been worn, used, or have their tags removed, unless they are defective.
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
